DELIVERY

Postage rates will be added manually on processing your order.
For your convenience Surfvision Video offers flat rate shipping cost, so the delivery cost is the same whether ordering one DVD or 5 DVD's!

Rates and approximate Delivery Times are as follows:

If for any reason we cannot dispatch an item to reach you within the specified time we will notify you as soon as possible. Postage will be via airmail unless otherwise specified.

If you require urgent delivery please contact us and we will organise courier post delivery at extra expense.

If ordering from a country that is not specified please contact us and we will quote on postage costs.

PAYMENTS

Payments by credit card are processed on day of order. Credit Card payments are accepted through Visa and Mastercard worldwide.

All prices displayed online are inclusive of the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T) of 12.5%

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

Surfvision Video offers our customers the highest quality DVDs and Videos available.

It is really important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
Unfortunately due to DVD and Video copying we cannot offer unlimited returns. We check all disks before they are dispatched, but in the unfortunate circumstance that the disk or video is damaged on arrival please return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will assist you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit. We only ask that you return the product unused and/or in original condition.

Delivery charges on returns are not refundable, however all exchanged products due to product fault are sent freight free.
